The Classic Roast!
Simply add one cup of water to one bag of Street City Vegan Seitan Mix.
In a large bowl, knead the mixture for a few minutes, until it takes shape (about 3 mins)
(It will form into a stretchy dough)
Wrap in tinfoil or a cheesecloth.Add to a steamer for 45 minutes. Open the tin foil and allow to steam for 15 more minutes.
Let stand for 5 minutes and DIG IN!

The Classic Roast Sandwich
Simply slice up your roast as thin, or as thick as you like! Stack it high, keep it low, press it in a panini ...the sandwich options are endless!
The Classic Cutlet!
Simply add one cup of water to one bag of Street City Vegan Seitan Mix.
In a large bowl, knead the mixture for a few minutes, until it takes shape (about 3 mins)
(It will form into a stretchy dough)
Separate into 4 pieces, creating cutlet shapes.
Add to a steamer or boil ...

In a large bowl, knead the mixture for a few minutes, until it takes shape (about 3 mins)
(It will form into a stretchy dough)
Break off small pieces of dough (~1-2 tbsp each) to form your chick’n pieces. Keep in mind that these will expand before frying. Set aside.
